Dear Crafter/Vendor,

June 11, 2005 (rain date June 12th) the Hudson Elk's Lodge #787, and "Columbia, the County that Cares" will sponsor the fourth annual Flag Day Parade. In past years this event has attracted thousands of people into the city, and we would like to personally invite you to come and join us.

The craft fair event will be in the 7th street Park (which is part of the parade route). Booth space will be approximately 10 X 8 feet. The cost of one space is $15.00 (please make checks payable to Flag Day 2005). You may obtain your permits from City Hall, at 520 Warren Street. You are requird to provide your own tables, chairs and tents. Electic will be provided to you with prior notice to the committee. Set up ime will be 9:30 AM and break down will be ay your discretion, but please no later than 7:00 PM.

Following the parade I hope that you will come down to the Waterfront Park for live entertainment and a spectacular fireworks show.

Registration deadline is May 25, 2005. You may contact me at 518 if there are any questions or concerns.

If it should rain Sunday June 12, 2005 is rain date. All times and activities are the same.
